In-person at Rosny Park

My Health & Me provides Nurse Practitioner consultations from within Complete Care Pharmacy Rosny Park. We offer a warm, evidence-based environment for your everyday health needs.

Telehealth Consultations

For convenience and accessibility, we offer online consultations for minor illness advice, repeat prescriptions, and medical certificate reviews. Our Nurse Practitioner-led care is available from anywhere in Australia.

Everyday Care Services

MINOR ILLNESS 

Assessment and care for common concerns such as colds, flu-like symptoms, sore throat, cough, fever, ear pain, sinus symptoms and uncomplicated urinary symptoms, with advice on treatment options and when further review may be needed.

SKIN, RASHES & MINOR WOUNDS

Assessment and management advice for common skin concerns, rashes, bites, minor wounds, cuts, grazes and dressing needs. In-person care may be recommended where needed.

SICK CERTIFICATES

Work, study or carer’s certificates may be provided following a clinical assessment. Some certificates may require an in-person review, where appropriate.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Review of ongoing medications and repeat prescriptions where clinically appropriate. Some medicines may require GP, specialist or in-person review.

MENOPAUSE CARE

Nurse Practitioner-led support for perimenopause, menopause and midlife health concerns and symptoms.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

Medical weight management support focused on weight, metabolic health, treatment options and ongoing review.
