Prescribing and service boundaries
My Health & Me provides Nurse Practitioner-led care within a safe and appropriate clinical scope.
Prescriptions are only provided where clinically appropriate following an assessment. Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a prescription, certificate, referral or request form will be provided.
This service does not routinely provide:

prescriptions for controlled substances, strong opioid medicines, sedatives or ADHD medications

referrals for Medicare-rebated CT or MRI scans

Centrelink medical certificates

backdated medical certificates

Mental Health Treatment Plans or Chronic Disease Management Plans
Some health concerns, medicines or requests may require in-person assessment, pathology, imaging, specialist input, or follow-up with your usual GP or healthcare provider.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that your Nurse Practitioner will collect information relevant to your healthcare request, including your medical history, current medications and other relevant clinical information.
